In ancient times, Ostia Antica was Rome’s port on the sea. The Tiber River flows into the Mediterranean Sea here.

Transport from Rome: Take the Rome-Lido train from “Piramide” metro station to “Ostia Antica”. Visiting Ostia Antica takes about 2-3 hours.
